How long will I receipt the full version after I have put an order?
We send the license information and download files within a bussiness day.

What’s difference about between company license and individual license?
The company license allows a company distribute their products with our ocx royally free. the individual license can’t be distributed for commerce use.

The full version includes a digital signature?
Yes. We signed ocx and CAB files with digital signature in the full version. It’s safe to download.

How to get receipt/invoice?
After ordering we can get your receipt online at http://www.regnow.com/cs/orderStatus. At that link, the customer will be asked to enter the last 5 digits of their credit card number and their email address to reach the receipt. If the order was not paid by credit card then the customer should contact orders@regnow.com for assistance. We will respond you in one business day.

License Type of EDraw Office Viewer Component

Specific conditions of use which apply to the type of licence you have acquired from EDrawSoft are:

  1. Evaluation Licence for non-chargeable Software: You may use the Software freely within your organisation to access whether it meets your needs.
  2. Unix/Windows Server Licence:
    (a) With a “Server Edition” product you may install the Software on the hard disk and execute in RAM memory on a single server or client PC machine and use the Software to serve no more than the licensed number of users simultaneously networked to that single computer.
    (b) With a “Webserver Edition” product you may install the Software on the hard disk and execute in RAM memory on a single server machine and use the Software to serve any number of simultaneous network connections to that computer.
  3. Single Developer Licence (non-commercial purposes):
    (a) You may install and use the Software on any number of computers or terminals within your organisation.
    (b) You may incorporate the Software, or portions of the Software, into your own software for use within your own organisation.
    (c) You may not distribute the Software, or any portions of the Software, or related documentation to any other organisation or to any person external to your organisation.
  4. Distribution Licence (Royalty Free for a Business Environment or Governmentor):
    (a) You may copy, install and use the Software on any number of computers or terminals within your organisation royally free.
    (b) You may incorporate the Software, or portions of the Software, into your own software products for distribution to other people or organisations provided the appropriate copyright of EDrawSoft is acknowledged on all media containing, and documentation relating to, such software products.
    (c) You may not distribute the Software, or any portion of the Software, to any third party unless it is incorporated into your own software products whose functionality exceeds the functionality of the Software and which do not compete directly with the Software.
  5. Source Code License:
    (a) You may modify the Source code then compile the new version.
    (b) No Sale. The licenses granted under this Agreement do not constitute a sale of the Software or any portion or copy of it.
    (c) You can’t distribute the source code to any other organisztion or any person external to your organisztion.
